We ship from Quebec City via Canada Post.
Orders paid before 2 PM Eastern go out the same business day. Canada Post collects from us between 4 and 5 PM, so your package enters their network that evening, moves overnight, and delivery starts the next morning.
Orders paid after 2 PM ship the next business day. Canada Post does not operate on weekends or holidays, so a Friday afternoon order ships Monday.
Business days only. Add one day if you order after 2 PM Eastern, and one or two more for rural addresses and PO boxes.

Free shipping under 200g travels as letter mail. No tracking, no signature. It arrives in your mailbox like a letter.
Over 200g, free shipping upgrades automatically to Expedited Parcel, which does have tracking.
Same business day if you paid before 2 PM Eastern. That is 11 AM in BC, noon in Alberta.
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to activate after a number is issued. This is normal.
Canada Post updates its estimate as the parcel moves. A shifting date does not mean the package is stuck.
Free shipping arrives reliably, it just takes longer and has no tracking under 200g.
Xpresspost is the best balance of speed and cost on every route.
Priority is fastest on paper but usually arrives the same day as Xpresspost for roughly double the price. Worth it only for remote destinations or a real deadline.
COD ships on Xpresspost, so the transit times above apply.
Canada Post does not deliver COD to your door. They leave a notice card and hold the parcel at your local post office for you to collect and pay at the counter.
No, Canada only.
Yes. Plain packaging with nothing on the outside indicating what is inside.
If a tracked parcel has not moved in five business days, or free shipping has not arrived after three weeks, contact us.
We file the claim as the shipper and sort out a replacement or refund without you waiting on Canada Post’s process.
