We accept Interac e-Transfer, PayPal, Wise, cryptocurrency and Cash on Delivery.
Orders are held until payment is confirmed. We confirm manually during business hours, Monday to Friday.
Visa and Mastercard block kratom transactions across their networks. This is not Canadian law, it is private payment processor policy. No kratom vendor in Canada can process them.
The same applies to Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, since those run on the same card networks.
If you want to use a card, PayPal works and can be funded with one.
Send the total to etransfer@k-online.ca
No security question is needed. Auto-deposit is enabled, so the payment lands directly in our account.
In the message field, put only your order number. Some banks flag transfers containing product names, which can delay or cancel your payment.
That means the address is wrong. Check it is exactly etransfer@k-online.ca, with the hyphen.
Delete the saved contact entirely and create a new one. Banks often keep an incorrect address on file and reuse it.
That is normal and does not matter. The contact name is just a label, and some banks strip the @ and the hyphen from it.
Only the email address field needs to be correct.
Not a problem. Email us with the amount, the date, and the name the payment was sent from, and we will match it to your order.
PayPal and Wise both work, including for visitors from outside Canada. Place your order, select e-Transfer at checkout, then contact us and we will send you the details.
Select COD at checkout. We ship on Xpresspost and you pay when you collect the parcel.
Canada Post does not deliver COD to your door. They leave a notice card and hold the parcel at your local post office.
You will need government photo ID matching the name on the package. Payment at the counter is in Canadian dollars, and the post office accepts debit and credit.
COD carries an additional Canada Post fee on top of shipping, typically $10 to $15. For smaller orders, e-Transfer usually works out cheaper for the same delivery speed.
Not once the order has shipped. The shipping label is generated with the payment method attached and cannot be changed afterward.
We confirm payments manually during business hours, so a payment sent in the evening or on a weekend is confirmed the next business day.
You should receive a confirmation email once it is processed. Worth checking your junk folder if it has not arrived.
E-Transfers show the name on the receiving account, with nothing referencing kratom. PayPal shows a PayPal transaction. COD shows a Canada Post charge from the post office.
