All kratom sold on this website is supplied as a botanical specimen for research, collection and ethnobotanical purposes only. It is not intended for human consumption.
Kratom holds no Natural Product Number from Health Canada and cannot be sold or marketed for ingestion. We make no health, therapeutic or effect claims of any kind, and we do not provide guidance on quantities, preparation or intended use.
By purchasing from us you acknowledge this and accept full responsibility for how the product is used.
We accept Interac e-Transfer, PayPal, Wise, cryptocurrency and Cash on Delivery.
We do not process credit cards. Orders are held until payment is received and confirmed, which we do manually during business hours.
Orders paid and confirmed before 2 PM Eastern are shipped the same business day to the address provided at checkout.
Delivery times quoted on this site are estimates provided by Canada Post and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays, damage or loss caused by the carrier, though we will file claims on your behalf as the shipper.
It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Orders returned or delayed due to an incorrect address may require payment of additional shipping.
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit.
To initiate a return, contact us through the contact form. Refunds or credit are issued once we receive and inspect the returned product. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return results from an error on our part.
Opened products cannot be returned.
