Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

The product is unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging

The item is not a final sale, promotional item, or free sample
Please note that opened or used products cannot be returned, due to compliance and product safety reasons.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us using the contact form on our website. Provide the following information:

We will review your request and send you return instructions.
Refunds and Store Credit
If your return is approved, a store credit or in-store balance will be issued to your customer account.
We do not issue refunds to the original payment method (e.g., e-Transfer, COD, or cryptocurrency).
Store credit can be used on any future purchase and does not expire.
Processing may take up to 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will be notified once your credit is applied.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Include clear photos of the packaging and items.
We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate solution.
