My package is marked as delivered, but I never received it.

Do you ship the packages discreetly, is there any mention of "kratom" on the box?

All products are shipped in a plain brown box or a yellow envelope and there is no mention of our brand or the type of product on the outside of the package. This allows us to provide discreet shipping service and respect the privacy of our customers.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy for any unopened products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery for a store credit of the same value. To initiate a return, please reach out to us through the contact form on our website and we will guide you through the process.
Please note that in order for the return to be accepted, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Also, please keep in mind that shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. It’s important to reach out to us as soon as possible if you want to make a return, as we can guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary information.

How can I cancel my order?

We will process your request promptly and cancel the order on your behalf. Once the order is canceled, we will process a refund for the full amount of your purchase.
